The Board of Directors oversee and guide the staff at PAWS and include professional individuals from local businesses and organizations.

Board of Directors meeting is held on the 4th Thursday of every month at 5:30 pm and open to the public.

March 26, 2026 board meeting was postponed due to the large influx of animals. The new meeting March board meeting date will be posted as soon as it is confirmed.​
